We Remember the Victims of 9/11

Today we remember the victims of the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks on America. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family members who lost loved ones on that terrible day. My wife had a close family friend who died that day on American Airlines Flight 77 that the hijackers crashed into the Pentagon and we pause to remember him each year on this anniversary. May the Lord bless the victims and their families and bring peace to our often troubled world.

“No, nothing worries me.

Nothing can trouble me.

My soul knows how to fly

Higher than the lark.

Above the clouds

The sky is always blue.

One touches the shores

Where God reigns.” (The Poetry of St. Therese of Lisieux, PN52, p. 208)
